Legends of Elysium Open Beta Update: We’re Listening and Improving!
Legends of Elysium Open Beta is in full swing, and we’re thrilled to see so many eager champions battling it out in the mystical realm of Elysium! We’ve been closely listening to your valuable feedback, and we’re rolling out a series of updates to enhance your gameplay experience.
Balance for All ⚖️
A core aspect of any competitive game is balance. This update implements adjustments to several cards to ensure a fairer and more engaging experience for all players:
- Nature’s Wrath: Mana cost reduced from 12 to 10.
- Element of Chaos: Mana cost reduced from 13 to 11.
- Keya Deadshot: Mana cost increased from 5 to 6.
- Nature’s Joke: Mana cost increased from 5 to 7.
We’ll continue to monitor card performance and your feedback and make adjustments as needed to maintain a healthy and balanced meta.
A Smoother Path to Glory ⚔️
We’ve also made significant improvements to matchmaking and bot difficulty:
- Improved Matchmaking: New players will no longer face seasoned veterans. You’ll now be matched against opponents of similar rank, or those within one rank above or below you. This ensures a more balanced and enjoyable experience for all skill levels.
- Smarter Bots: Bots will now be assigned difficulty levels based on your rank. Iron and Bronze players will encounter easier bots, while Silver and Gold players will face a normal challenge. Platinum and Diamond players can test their mettle against our most difficult bots.
Enhanced Rewards ⬆
Get ready to reap even greater rewards for your dedication! Following your suggestions, we’ve increased the rewards for completing Daily & Monthly Quests, as well as Daily Logins. Every action you take in Elysium gets you closer to fantastic prizes!
A Glimpse into Season 1 👀
The magic unfolds! The first Magic Book, the Book of Fire, has been revealed in the Events tab. This tome, the easiest to craft, requires 1 Empty Tome and 5 Arcane Pages. Arcane Pages are earned through weekly League, and Empty Tomes can be obtained by staking a minimum of 1000 LOE in 3, 6, or 12-month pools — an Empty Tome airdrop for the stakers is on the horizon, so stay tuned!
